University of Michigan

Omega Deuteron Chapter

The house was purchased for the chapter in 2008. Located across the street from the Arb (the Nichols Arboretum), and just up the hill from the central part of Michigan’s campus, it boasts 30 bedrooms capable of housing 43 people.

In addition to a large amount of common space, the first floor has a room that has been repurposed by the chapter as a communal living room. The house has a commercial kitchen and dining space, as well as plenty of multipurpose space spread between the main floor and basement.
